I think I've narrowed it down to chocolate is causing my canker sores....I love chocolate, this is so cruel.

I get cankers too. Chocolate, dairy and citrus all irritate cankers. It sucks.

Another canker sufferer here


Add ketchup, and acidic foods to the list of irritants.  I usually get them when I'm stressed out

My friend is always drinking OJ because he thinks the Vitamin C will keep him from getting sick.  Well, his throat started hurting and he went to the doctor and the doctor said he drank so much OJ that it was burning the lining in his esophogus!  He still drinks it too .  Just had to share that funny story.  I nicknamed him OJ.
