I could really use some ideas for a dress for an upcoming event, if anyone has time to help me out. It is a charity dinner, and I'm looking for a cocktail-type dress; it's not black tie. My criteria:


1. Sexy


2. Preferably not black


3. $100 or less


4. Fitted, not flowy (or at least, not overall flowy)

I have to make a quick decision, so thoughts on the pink and multicolored ones Chic posted? I think the multicolored one might hold my chest up better ... that sounds so awful.

i voted for the mulitcolor, it's great!


1. i love purple and green together. unexpected but oh so stylish without looking like you are trying too hard.


2. it would be really fun to accesorize with the colors!

The multi-colored one is so different and would be perfect with some metallic heels and pretty earrings. Plus, it seems like you'd be more comfortable in that one anyway!
