eye twitches!

is there anyone on god's green earth how i can stop an eye twitch? ya know...when the bottom of your eyelid is going crazy, twitching and twitching. you can feel it, you can see it sorta in the bottom half of your vision but no one else can see it and you can't see it in the mirror. make it stop! i get this from time to time, but it stops after like thirty seconds. this has been going on for like two days! not continousally, of course, but every ten minutes or so it will start again, go for like fifteen seconds, and then all is good for a while and then boom, twitch city. please make it stop. plus, ive had a really bad headache the couple of days too. i normally only ever get sinus headaches but these are all over headaches, sorta centered in the back and top of my head. do i have a tumor?

Haha, I don't think you have a tumor.  I get those eye twitches too.  They're supposedly from stress.

i get them too.  and they are from stress!  i used to get them ALL THE TIME when i worked at an old job.  after i stopped working there BAM!  no more eye twitching.  now i only get it once in a while... but it is a good "i'm overworked" kind of stress...

I get them too.  I even asked my doctor about them and he said stress and to try and relax.  Just made my eye twitch more- I was stressed about trying to relax.  Haha

hmm, seeing as how i have never slept the whole way through a night...im always pretty tired. yes, it's true...i can't remember the last time that i have gotten the whole way through without waking up. and i don't mean the normal wake up and pee, or wake up and roll over. i generally wake up around 4:30 or so and i awake for a half hour or so just laying there. plus, i have a really hard time falling asleep at night too. exercising doesn't do any good either, it doesn't make me fall asleep any faster at night.

I get that too and it drives me nuts! Like the other girls said, it comes with stress and lack of sleep, but I also get it when I have too much caffiene (due to my lack of sleep)
