I had a raging headache all afternoon yesterday and therefore skipped the gym, so I'll be making up for that today.


B:  Oatmeal, coffee


S:  FF cottage cheese, pineapple, tea


L:  Maggiano's leftovers (chicken saltimbocca, vegetable pasta)


S:  Apple, tea


D:  Tilapia, brown rice, steamed green beans


E:  HIIT & weights tonight, since I didn't do them yesterday

My first day on WW was yesterday and I did everything right! (Except for the oils and 2 milks - does anyone get those in on a daily basis?)


B: 2 slices light wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)


L: ham & cheese sandwich (4 points); 1 s. baked lays (2 points)


S: no sugar added pudding (1 point); 1 c. multi-grain cheerios (2 points)


D: not sure yet but I'll do my best!! (we're going out and I'm sure there will be drinks involved.)


E: it's Friday fools! (hmmm... me thinketh celebration might be-eth one of my problems...)

L:  boca burger on light english muffin and steamer brocolli and cauliflower

I was so bad today


B: Oatmeal, sugar free hot chocolate


S: half a bagel with scallion creamcheese


L: Salad (this is when I am good) w/ fat free salad dressing with bottle of coke zero


S: Milanos from the vending machine I should have gotten the twizzlers but the milanos called to me and said yo' bitch you need a chocolate fix


S: Had a long a** commute home and craved M&Ms had a few scoops into our big bag of sin


D: having gyro meat salad with the inlaws focus on the salad part. Totally going to be over my WW points for the day but I guess that is why there are flex points!


Oh and exercise? Its friday, i am coming off a pulled calf muscle so nothing today hoping to get new running shoes this weekend and I will get my bootie to the gym

I get in my "milks" by eating a yogurt & cereal. Cheese also counts to some extent. I never get in my oils.

On a side note, I looked at albertsons & walmart for whipped peanut butter today & didn't find it at either.
