STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I am looking for the Tommy Jeans white cotton vest from January's Lucky.  It was a smaller picture.  I have not seen it in my Macy's or anything.  Or if anybody knows of anything similar available in size 0-2 or xs that would be fabulous since I really want this!
