It is very snowy and very cold here today - lots of tea for me!


B:  Oatmeal, hardboiled egg white, tea


S:  Pear, tea


L:  Leftover warm black bean, corn, and spinach salad; homemade vegetable soup


S:  Apple, tea, piece of dark chocolate


D:  Wheat spaghetti w/ chunky tomato sauce, brussel sprouts


E:  HIIT & weights tonight

Okay, well this is going to be my first day at Weight Watchers (I go at 12:30!) so let's hope things go well!


B: 2 slices of light, wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons of whipped pb (3 points)


L: sandwich (4 points); baked chips (2 points)


S: 1 cup multi-grain cheerios (2 points); apple (1 point)


D: 2 burritos or a veggie burger & maybe a small bit of ice cream


E: I plan on returning a skirt to Old Navy. Does that count? I'll be wearing high heels so my calves will get some time in...

B:  fiber one cereal and fat free milk


S:  cut up cucumber and piece of cheese


L:  lean cuisine with added brocolli and yogurt


S:  strawberries


D:  grilled chicken breast and veggies


S:  a little bit of Ben and Jerry's (I did well last night and only had a little bit!!!  )


E:  eliptical at gym for 45 minues

D:  Two lean beef and potato tacos w/ cheese and light sour cream, 1 Tagalong Girl Scout cookie


E:  None.  I worked late and was waaaaaaaaaay too tired.
