I think it would look very classy and might become more versatile if you ever want to dress it up with some heels/pumps or just make it super casual with flipflops.
I say leave it, I think it looks great. What about pairing it with some peeptoe wedge heels, silver or gold/bronze would look great. Or don't you have those burgandy Kenzie wedges or is that too many bows going on?
I voted for straightening it out. The asymmetrical hem is drawing attention to the wrong area, you should let the color-blocking emphasize that tiny waist of yours instead.
ahh! it's almost tied! what to do! (thanks for all the responses!)
FP- i can't believe you remember those Kenzie wedgs! sadly, in a moment of financial clarity, i returned them and kept the black kors that lots of girls have.. I 100% regret it and miss those shoes on a regular basis
BEX- the dress is from forever 21, actually! i got it maybe 2 weeks ago? and it was only $25!
Rocky- i'm worried that it draws the attention to the wrong area too.. but i think some of it is the material and that it is cut on a bias so i don't know if it will do that regardless...
i say straighten and maybe shorten a little bit? the dress looks fab on you so i'm sure it'll be fine either way but you have great calves so why not show 'em off?
IMO you should leave the hem the way it is. I have a couple of dresses that do the same thing at the hem and it's totally cool. I think it's just the way the jersey fabric naturally hangs...like the way it does in this pic. Plus to get that drape, I think the dresses are cut on the bias and it seems like it would be diificult to mess with.
