LAKEN!!!!  You know better than that!    You crack me up.  I don't blame ya--there would be no way in hell I could resist that if it were in my fridge.  So it's not your fault.

Anyway.

B:  Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, OJ

S:  Blueberry black tea and a chocolate chip cookie (Ummmm....kettle calling the pot black anyone?  )

L:  Leftover chicken and roasted garlic mashed potatoes (made w/ chicken broth, not cream)

S:  Yogurt

D:  Not sure yet.

B: 2 slices light wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespons whipped pb (3 points)

L: ham sandwich (4 points); 1 serving baked chips (2 points)

S: apple (1 point); 1 cup cheerios (2 points)

D: veggie burger w/ avocado (4-6 points); oven fries (2-4 points) or sweet potato fries, depending on my time and/or work ethic; maybe some ice cream if I stay on the low end of points for dinner and get my gym time in. I founds some fabulous Dreyer's no sugar added, fat free chocolate fudge that only has 100 calories for one serving. How fab is that?

E: 2 mile walk if my headache is still around this afternoon. If not, gym and 20 minute run + 20 minute cardio (+2-4 points)

Okay, so I'm getting progressively worse throughout the day.  I just got back from the local bar w/ DH and we split an order of pickle chips and now I'm making tacos.

Oh!  And I had a gin and tonic and a cranberry/vodka.  Oh, and we're going to have the last of the candied apple.

Oh well, this is the first day that I've majorly screwed up.  Lesson learned.
