I'm looking for a "everyday" type necklace to wear this spring.  I've bought lots of navy, light pink, kelly green, brown (as always), and natural color tops.  I love the nautical look - but don't want to go over board.  I've checked e-bay and a couple other "jewelry" sites with no luck.  Here are a few from Banana.  What do you think?  Any other suggestions??

I can't tell a lot about the colors of this one??

I know what you mean about looking for the right everyday necklace.  I've checked out ebay and my local stores and come up with nothing.  I guess I'm just so picky but I don't like huge beads, super big necklaces, etc and nothing is the right color or it's too fancy.

So yesterday I went to a local bead shop and spent forever in there!  I'm going to make a few of my own.  If you have never been to a bead shop, go to one.  It's a lot of fun looking at all the beads and stuff.  Making a necklace is easy, and I'm sure the knowledgable SA's will help you pick out the right stuff!

I've been looking for a cute necklace for ages, too, and haven't really found anything I like. Like Cortney1982, I don't really like big beads for myself - I have a weird feeling I would look like Lisa Simpson if I wore something like that.

I'm thinking this necklace from Free People might fit the bill, though. The baubles are made of clay - very earthy and summery. They have it in a few different colors, too.
