True Religion Skirt

Over the weekend I saw this girl wearing a dark denim True Religion Skirt.  It hit above her knee and fit perfectly.  Of course, I did't ask her where she got it, like I should have.  So now I have no clue where to look.  Any suggestions??  Do you think this is something from season's past or something I should be able to find??

Is it one of these? I really want one do, but I've never seen one in b&m store and I'm scared about ordering one without trying one on because TR fits me funny.

It was simular to this but without the distressed look.  We can wear denim skirts to work on our casual days but the distressing would be "too" casual.  Anyone have any other suggestions where to look??
