Well, I get spam from them constantly.  IMO no reputable company with a legitimate product spams people.

That aside, because it assists in weight loss artificially, unless you continue to take it the weight will likely come back because there's no lifestyle change to back up the weightloss.  It might be a reasonable treatement for severe obesity, but not for the average joe who could lose weight with a good diet and excercise.
