i'm sorry asf.  He looks like a cute and loving grandpa.  My grandma died a few years ago and I was sad at the time but i have lots of good memories and i still think about her all the time.  It sounds like you are the same way and that is the best thing.

Sorry for your loss but i bet it's good to "go" when you are ready.  As Tara expressed, he is definitely in a better place.  No more suffering.


I took a meditation class last week and we did this visualization exercise where we walked down these stairs and opened the door to _____________ (you fill in the blank). Behind my door was the most beautiful kitchen filled with my beloved relatives that have passed over.  The sun was beaming and they were all smiling and "healthy".  We sat down and feasted together.  It may sound crazy but it was so therapeutic.
