STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I have an interview Friday after not having a job for months (aside from the seasonal job I had at AE). I need it to pay for my trip to London this summer and to pay for rent next year, so I really hope I get it. It pays over $3 more an hour than any job I've ever had.  I'd be working at a community college at the enrollment desk. Cross your fingers girls!

So I had the interview today and all 7 questions went good. But because I am my own worse enemey, I'm obsessing about one answer I gave. She asked about a compromise I had to make in the workplace (something I didn't prepare for!) and I started blabbing about American Eagle and when customers have coupons and you're not suppose to use them on certain items! Uh, it was one of those things were you're talking and your head is saying "shut up! Why are you talking about this? Stop!" But you just keep talking. Anyhow, I finished it with saying you always just have to try to make the customer happy. Anyhow, I hope I get it, I loved the environment and the pay! I'll know next week.
