For my mom's bday, I think I've decided to get her a pretty piece of jewelry and a cute outfit... something resort-y. She is not happy about her 50th and does not want anyone to be sappy and make a huge deal or throw her a party so I figured I get her something cute and practical.


Here are some Turq necklaces that I think she would like. She's not a fan of their really bold, chunky things that I love. Thoughts? There were several other lovely things but they've really jacked their prices up.

I think #5 is very classic as well as very age appropriate for 50.

I like #1 the best, but are they too chunky?  I'm not sure where you draw the line between chunky and too chunky.  They are all beautiful though!
