Ok I really want to get my bridesmaids something for us all to wear while we are getting ready. We will be starting hair and make-up at 10am and the wedding is at 6pm, so which idea do you like best....We will be taking pictures while we are all getting ready so it will be fun to have the same thing on...;) This also is not their only present, since this is really for me not them...;)

We will be a large lounge area of the club that we are getting married, we will have lunch there, and there are restrooms, so we wouldn't have to leave the area...

I think the towel wraps are adorable as long as you think everyone will be "comfortable" in them. I also like the idea of a hoodie.

i like the towel wrap idea, but i saw some that had straps and they might be a little bit more comfortable for the girls.  especially if any of the girls have bigger boobs.Karen Neuburger Valentino Shower Wraps these were on amazon.com

i like the towel wraps with the straps that serisvictoria posted.  i wouldn't do tanks because they you have to pull them over your head, possibly messing up your hair.  my second choice would be hoodies.

No too big boobies in the bunch... Also I am having their hair blown out, no up do's at all....

I am just wondering if I would be comfortable in a towel wrap all day or if it would annoy me.

I am interested to see that people are preferring the "bridesmaid" tank to a plain one...

i voted for a plain hoody.. but what about personalizing one? you could get everyone the same hoody and then maybe put something cute on it...


I made one for my sister's wedding that just had her new initials on one side (the left) and a little bow, just to be festive... but that way she could take off the bow and then wear it again b/c the initials weren't huge or anything ( i just used iron on paper and printed the initials out, you could also get this done at neighborhoodies or somewhere)  you could make one for all the girls with their initials or names or whatever... I think that everything about a wedding is usually about/for the bride.. favors, presents, everything typically somehow link back to the wedding, so it would be sweet to do something that was about them too...


i personally wouldnt want to wear a towel robe from 10-6...

I voted for the plain tank...its what i did for my wedding execpt I didn't buy them the outfit. I just asked them wear a white tank and a white skirt. Turned out super cute in the pix!!


Just a suggestion since you mentioned that they were already getting BM gifts.

Soulchic that is super cute! I like how it is really different. I think that I will get them plain pink tanks and just tell them to wear whatever comfies they want for the day.

This is what I am getting them so far:

Hair and Make-up
Lands End Tote bag- I am actually the first one to give these, I know amazing....usually it is so overdone.
Quartz and fresh pearl necklace to wear for the wedding.
J. Crew Ribbon flip flops to wear getting ready and at the reception if they want.
Goldie Lip Gloss from Bath and Body Works- These are on sale from $14 to $5 right now!

This way if I get them a cheap tank just to wear the day of with nothing on it, they at least could sleep in it. Then I can get them something personlized for each of them that is unique. I can be the dorky one that has a white tank that says Bride....
