I totally agree with you. The dinnertime conversations I think are kind of boring now that they're blatantly saying how they feel. I wish they'd spared us the insurance talk, unless they're setting up for something in the future, but I doubt it. I think it was just to be like "look! Lorelai and Luke are still planning on getting married! really!"

I just wish the plot would move on already. Where is Laine??

And how does Logan have that apartment? I didn't think apartments like that existed near colleges.

Oh, and the Christopher "playing a father" thing? What happened to Gigi and what's-her-name?

I feel like since the show is nearing it's final season, maybe they just don't care anymore?

for one i don't know where he is keeping gigi these days, but, sherri left him and the baby and moved to paris back when luke and lorelai first started dating and he called lorelai for help and then rorie threatend him to leave her alone because she didn't want him messing things up for her and luke.

I agree they need to do something. I feel like the actors are having a loss of heart toward the show for some reason. Anyways, Luke needs to get his head on straight. Rory is an idoit, I understand she was in a bind but the guy just dumped her because he wanted to, and didn't tell her that he dumped her (childish). I like Logan and I like rory i just don't like them together. I want Jess to come back.

I agree, something is off last season and this season. Not to mention the weird Rory now has a father complex(Logan=Christopher)? blah. I loved Jess too, but now he has a new show and I don't think he will be coming back.

Side note, my friend just worked on a movie with Matt Czuchry(Logan) and said he was really nice.

I think they said next year will be the last season, so we still have the rest of this year's plus next years, and that should be it.
