Alrighty, I'll start us off today:


B:  Grape Nuts Trail Mix cereal, oj


S:  Chai tea (no milk), a few dried apricots


L:  Leftover sea scallops in a dried apricot/caper sauce (yumm!)


S:  Yogurt or an apple


D:  Salmon and a salad, 2 glass of white burgundy


E:  Situps, arm weights

Hi girls!


B: whole wheat english muffin w/ spray butter, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup blackberries (4 pts)


L: turkey sandwich with spinach, lettuce, and sprouts, 1 cup veggie soup from Jason's Deli (9 pts)


S: apples with carmel (1pt)


D: chicken spagetti and 1 cup strawberries (7 pts)


S:  cashews (4 pts)


Total 25 pts


Exercise: 35 mins cardio at a minimum for 2 extra points so I stay within my pts range and exercised!!
