Outlook Question

Okay, so I'm trying to send an e-mail using a distribution list in Microsoft Outlook, but I don't want the recipients to be able to see who is on the distribution list OR be able to Reply All (politically sensitive stuff.)  Anyone know how I can hide the recipients of a distribution list????

TIA!

if you put the list into the BCC field (blind carbon copy) instead of the CC field, that will block the names of everyone that you are sending it to. the BCC field is usually just below the CC field...

does that help?

Yep that is what I was going to suggest.

Thank you!!!  That should do it!  I'm going to test it out by sending a staff e-mail first.  Thanks!!!
