I did HORRIBLE this weekend. Back on track today
B: egg beaters with cheese, microwave bacon - 5 pts
S: WW choc cake - 1 pt
S: pita chips & hummus - 4 pts
L: cereal - 3 pts
S: FF jalapeno pringles - 1 pt (have you had these? they are SO good)

D: burgers - ridiculous lean meat (read: expensive) with lt wheat bun & 2% cheese - 6 or 7?

L: tortilla (1), with a little cream cheese (.5), turkey (1) and lettuce, sugar free pudding (2), apple


D: no clue

I wasn't too bad, but I snacked on things I shouldn't have...


B:  Cereal and a bowl of oatmeal and coffee (total about 300 calories)


S:  Grapes and almonds


L:  Leftover low fat chili with brown rice


S: raw veggies and slice of roast beef


D:  Grilled Chicken breast and veggies


E:  1 hour with trainer, 1 hour cardio interval

S:  pepper strips and carrots


L:  lentil soup and yogurt


S:  clementines


D:  chicken breast and veggies


E:  run on treadmill at gym

L: Healthy Choice french bread pizza (7 points)


S: veggie soup (0 points)


D: garden burger (1 point); 2 slices light bread (1 point); veggies; 1 slice cheddar cheese (2 points); 2 servings baked french fries (4 points); no sugar-added ice cream


E: 20 minute run; 20 minute bike


ETA: Exercise. Freudian slip?

I am so sore today I can barely move


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Tea, 1/2 cup dry life cereal


L:  Tomato/lettuce/cucumber/pepper sandwich on WW, cheese stick, diet dr. pepper


S:  Tea, apple


D:  ? - nothing too bad though, and will include a salad


E:  resting/healing/whining

L-pbj on wheat bread with "diet" jelly, baked chips, water

S-whole grain wheat thins and hummus, more water


E-1hr cardio (30 min run, 30 min walk)

B:  Grape Nuts Trail Mix cereal--so good!


S:  Green tea


L:  Turkey sandwich, yogurt, diet coke


S:  Apple, 2 dried apricots


D:  ?  Don't know yet, but I'm going to look in a cookbook for ideas right now.


E:  None.  It's cold out.

20 minutes on the stationary bike at top speed kicked my ass, quite literally.  I followed it up with another 20 minutes of intensive pilates, full of butt and thigh toners.


I can seriously hardly walk.  I've been hobbling around all day !
