Valentine Gift for a long distance friend

Wasn't sure where to post this, but... I need help putting together a little gift for my one girl friend, we went to undergrad together and then i moved to ohio for grad school.  Haven't seen her for 2 years, but she is always sending me packages throughout the year for no reason, and i really want to send her a cute/unique v-day gift.  Ive already bought a cute card and picked up some Hot chocolate that turns pink, but i need either one really nice thing or a couple other little things to throw in.  Shes really the only one of my friends that ive kept in touch with, and she is finishing up nursing school right now and just want to do something nice.  I can't really spend alot, would like to keep it at 20 or under.  But i know ive seen some cute things online in the past but can't recall where or what that was.  Hope you girls can help :)

How about adding some fun beauty products like lip gloss, eyeshadow and/or lotion.

what about a red or pink tank top or tee shirt, something that she could wear to bed or around the house? you could probably just go to an oldnavy or target and get ones with hearts or something on it. something like these:
