Anyone know anything good or bad about them?  Anyone have an account with them?  It looks like their interest rate is higher than ING's?  Thoughts?

I opened an account with them a few months ago and so far no complaints.  I have heard that their customer service may not be as good as ING.. but I haven't had any problems.
