Well its really ugly and rainy up here (in PA) today.  I hope that doesn't mean that I am going to splurge on comfort foods!

B:  Oatmeal, coffee


S:  Yogurt, tea


L:  Green salad w/oil and vinegar dressing, pepper strips, tuna w/FF mayo


S:  Apple, tea


D:  Apps, drinks, and cake for a friends birthday


E:  Pilates today, and walking to and from friends house if that counts!

D:  grilled fish tacos


E:  1 hour session with trainer and 1 hour of cardio intervals.

B: coffee. and whoo-hoo for me passing up the treats at out staff meetingthis morning. doughnuts and pasries galore and I took a coffee and went on past.


L: leftover pasta with veggies (spinach, fresh green beans, basil, red peppers) and a little olive oil and gralic. yum!


D: not really sure. DH had been a pain in the butt lately cause all he wants is junk food. So hopefully I'll come up with something that tastes like junk but isn't too unhealthy.

B:  Raisin bran, OJ


S:  Black tea


L:  Roast beef sandwich, large cookie, Coke.  I feel all gross and heavy cuz of all the sugar.  I should have stopped after the sandwich. 


D:  Leftover "stoup" from last night


E:  Walk this afternoon after work.  It's 70 degrees and sunny out, so I have absolutely no excuse. 


ETA:  I walked for 40 minutes today and actually worked up a sweat!  I can't remember the last time that happened!    Man, that felt good!

i need to start posting on here to admit to myself (and you guys!) what i have been eating...


so here goes...


b: darjeeling tea with honey


blueberry nutri-grain bar


piece of marble colby cheese (what the heck did i eat that for?)


l: 1/2 bag of reg. potato chips (bad bad bad)


1/2 croissant chicken salad sandwich


snack: orange


d: who knows yet?  i'll post back my embarassing dinner b/c i am sad today and that always makes me want to eat  today is saturday and i am posting my dinner:  shrimp, french fries , mixed veggies and....


choc. chip cookie sundae


e: exercise?  what exercise?  i haven't worked out all week- even though my goal is 3 times per week and i technically needed to do 4 times this week b/c of missing one time last week.  pathetic.


see- keep me in check girls!  i am falling off the wagon....


eta: however, due to the embarassing food i ate yesterday- i am doing much much better today...

Don't fall off the wagon Bex!  Remember that when you're feeling bad, eating isn't going to help, unfortunately.  If you chow down, you'll probably end up feeling disappointed in yourself instead of making yourself feel better.  So, stay on that wagon!!!

Breakfast: Great Starts


Lunch: Burrito from Shell station and a Pepsi.


Snack: Hostess Cup Cakes (from Shell station as well).  I felt like such a pig after eating both!  But hey, it does have 20% of daily calcium and 10% of daily iron!


Exercise:  Well, I walked to the mail box, vaccuumed and dusted....


Dinner is yet to come, but I have to go to the grocery store tonight!  Can't you tell!?
