So, today is my 7 year anniversary at my mind numbing job. It hasn't always been terrible, I stuck in one position there for 4 years before it got unbearable and I got a position in another department. I've been there for 3 years now, and I can literally hear my computer sucking the life out of me!

The good news is that I applied for a new job online last night, and this afternoon they left a message on my machine. I called back and left a message; it was after 5. I REALLY REALLY hope and pray that they want to interview me. It would be a different field, a great company, and a minimum $15K (up to 25K!) more a year! So, keep your fingers crossed. And toes. And eyes, and anything else you can cross!
