Some people are seriously on crack. I can not believe my co-workers sometimes.


This girl has been with us since October, has no previous restaurant experience but is a friend of the boss. So she seems to think she deserves special treatment. Well, yesterday she told my boss she needs a raise- to my salary! She believes that we should be making the same amount. Um...hello? I have over 8 years experience, have been with this company for 3 years and I am the staff supervisor. And she thinks that after 4 months she is equal to me? Whatever.


Anyway, my boss told her she absolutely couldn't do that and so this girl gave her notice! (I secretly whisper *yay!*)


And today my boss told me she has decided to give me a raise and a bonus! Things are looking up!

Congrats! Maybe your boss realized what a dumbass that girl was and how great you are. Yay!
