Weight Training- Websites?
Permalink Closed

I know someone had posted a couple of websites that have weight training work outs but I can't find the thread.  Any suggestions?  I remember there was one for women, the trainer showed the correct ways of lifting & incorrect ways.  Does that sound familiar?

Thanks!
