10am: (I woke up late ) Kashi Heart to Heart Oatmeal- the only one without a milk derivative, it took me a long time to find that in Super Walmart. & Black tea w/ stevia.


12:30 Thai Noodle bowl


3:00- V8 Veggie Juice and some fruit cocktail

D: no idea. I'm on my own for dinner tonight, so maybe soup and grilled cheese or an omlette.

S:  Banana, tea, handfull of cheerios


L:  Leftover vegetable/barley soup, salad w/pepper strips and oil&vinegar dressing, a mango, 1 C mixed vegetables


S:  Apple, tea, cheese stick


D:  Tilapia. brown rice, steemed asparagus


E:  Just pilates today - no cardio 'cause Lost is on tonight!

Yay for February!


B: low-fat bagel with spray butter, 1 cup skim milk (4 pts)


L: grilled chicken, steamed veggies, 1/2 cup rice (6 pts)


S: Luna bar (4 pts)


D: tuna helper and 1 cup strawberries (8)


E: unsure what I'm doing tonight.  Maybe eliptical for 20 mins and stair stepper for 15 min.
