hello girls!

i haven't been posting too much lately but this question is too much for me to deal with on my own.

can you help me find some nice track pants/causal pants for the gym and for lounging? i have been wearing the same ratty gym clothes forever and i think having some new stuff will lift my spirits.

i am looking for track pants and leggings/tights.

any stores i should check out? please don't say places like the sports authority, etc. i always feel like the way the merchandise clothes just turns me off and i can't browse thru stuff at all.

also was thinking about these pants from title9 but they say smallest size is a size 6. i think that's too big. does anyone have any experience with them?

From title9sports

TIA!

I have 2 from New York and Company that I LOVE.  One is Black with white and pink stripes down the sides of pants and jacket.  They also have a blue one and a maroon one.  So comfy, but still really stylish for running around and stuff.  On www.nyandcompany.com there is one under city style - taking 5, it's the 3rd outfit. the 4th is cute too! (they usually have these in all kinds of colors)

Do you have a Lucy near you?  It's my absolute favorite workout clothing store.  You can order from their web site too:

 http://www.lucy.com/

They carry their own line of clothing as well as Nike, Adidas, Puma, North Face.

For cheap-y gear, I have found some cute things at Target.

Hi Dot,

I haven't ever tried the athletic stuff from the VS catalogue before so I can't comment on size/quality but everytime I look at the catalogue I flag those pages as things I'd like to buy. Maybe you could try looking there.

yes, i second the gapbody pants recommendation.  they have some cropped yoga pants that are exactly the same as the ones nike sells (i have both and held them up to compare--exactly the same) and cost about $20 less.  they are a nice tech fabric that is really stretchy but maintains its shape.
