yes, you can wear a skirt or dress to the melting pot... i would wear something that you can eat a lot in! i.e. something with an expandable waist! there is SO much food and even if you are stuffed at the end of the main course- the dessert comes and you WILL find a space to eat it!!! the dessert is the best part!!!!!!!

I think you could do pants with those shoes, too. Though a skirt would show them off more.

i have a pair of pink shoes and sometimes i like to let them shine so if i was wearing the outfit, i would probably do a grey pencil skirt and a black or white sweater with some pink accessories.

but seriously, i am telling you girl- make sure you wear something that you have room to, um, expand in. that meal there is HUGE!

How about a dress like this, with a cute shrug? The style isn't too fancy, and it would give you plenty of tummy room:

Either way, I'd say go with a skirt or dress to really show off the shoes... plus, it's Valentine's Day, so he'll love it if you show up in something hot and feminine! (not that pants can't be hot, but you know what I mean...)
