I have a friend whose boyfriend just dumped her and I'm putting together a care package for her- which includes a CD of songs that to make her feel happier! I'm thinking songs that are inspirational/empowering, because she's not really at that screw-him-stage yet. I also figure any upbeat, fun songs, especially with a good message, will be good. Some examples of what I have so far: Alive by Melissa O'Neil (she's our Canadian Idol from last year), Defying Gravity from the "Wicked" sound track, Beautiful Life by Fisher, and Build Me Up Buttercup by The Temptations (it's such a fun song). Any suggestions will be much appreciated!! TIA!!!!
