B:  2 scrambled eggs in a tortilla w/ cheese and salsa (not the healthiest thing ever, but it was SO good and I'm going to be good the rest of the day)


S:  Green tea, banana


L:  Turkey and cheese pita


S:  Apple sauce


D:  Leftover curry chicken over rice


E:  Walk around the lake after work.

B: 2 slices light wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)


L: Healthy Choice frozen pizza (7 points)


S: apple (1 point), banana (1 point), carrots & hummus (1 point), cheerios (2 points) <-- sounds like a lot but part of it goes with lunch, I just don't know which part yet


D: spinach leaf salad with grape tomatoes, 1 tablespoon reduced-fat feta cheese, and 1 tablespoons light blue cheese dressing (2 points); 1 pita (2 points); 2 tablespoons hummus (1 point); 1 can green beans (0 points); some wine later in the evening maybe... I need to be good!


E: none. It's Friday!! (I should though...)

My food today is really random because I desperately needed to go to the grocery store


B:  rice pudding


S:  fat free pringles


L:  brocolli, cottage cheese, skinny cow


S:  light english muffin


D:  probably going out with bf


E:  ran 2 miles and did elliptical for 20 minutes
