i had to brag about my son-hes a "baller"	Permalink Closed

i guess they've been scouting him and my husband got a call from one of the travel coaches and they want him to join their team. were so happy and Marley is so excited to be in another team with great players! i kind of feel bad for him but every guy out there is telling me its okay, hes schedule is real busy now. Tuesday he has one on one training from 1:30 to 3:30 then goes to his team basketball practice with my husband (husband is the coach) from 4:30 to 5:30. Wednesday he'll now be going to travel ball practice from 6:00 to 7:30 and Thurdsday too. Friday 4:30 to 5:30 for his team practice and at night from 7:30 to 9:30 he has training again. Saturday's are his games. I've always told Marley that he needs to tell us when he dosen't want to do this, that we wont be upset or anything like that. im just so proud of my boy, hes amazing in the court! __________________

Congrats! At least you are good P's and you don't force him to play! I'm sure he would tell you if he was tired. I was a dancer when I was 7-16 and my sched. was about the same. I danced 24/7 but I loved it, it was my life! But, your post was like looking into a looking glass into the future!! My husband is also a b-ball coach and our future son is just destined!! __________________
