You can return online purchases to the store. At least you could as of last month. I remember having trouble finding the information on the web site but I think it might spell it out on the packing slip.

Yes, I've returned online items to the store before. Just keep your packing slip and the packaging/tags for each item.

That's strange - then why does their online policy say you can't return to the store? How weird!

I found this information on the web site:

"Merchandise can also be returned at any Anthropologie store location with the original packing list. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process."

I've returned shoes at an Anthro store a couple of times and there was no problem. HTH!
