STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Hey all--I am thinking of ordering these boots as I am looking for a pair of round toe semi-low heeled brown knee high boots under $250 (a lot of criteria I know) and these are the closest I can find.  They aren't really brown (I'd get natural) and I'm not sure how round the toe is, but for the price I think they'd be worth a shot.  My questions are:

1.  do you like them or should I skip them; and

2.  how do seychelles run?  I've never tried them on before and I have to order a half size up b/c they don't have my exact size.  i normally wear a 6-12 or 7, depending on the shoe and I'm getting them in a 7 1/2.  is that a mistake?  Thanks and here they are:

also, are seychelles comfortable?  i had never heard of the brand until people started talking about them here.
