What size do y'all girls get in this style and what is your normal size?  I hear bottoms run big, so I want to make sure I get a lower size but I dont want to size down too much.

I love these - great cut if you have the thin-but-still-kind-of-have-thighs figure - I was a 4 when I bought a bunch, but now I'm a 0 I'm generally a 25 in jeans, if that gives you a scale, they run a little big.

I *think* due to vanity sizing they run about one size bigger. I'm usually a 6 in pants, but in the BR Martins I wear a 4.

Same here - I size one size down in all BR pants - I'm normally a size 4 or 27, but in these I buy a size 2.

def size down. If you have narrow hips, you might even want to go down two. One size down for me is too loose in the waist but fits well everywhere else.

Go a size down.  One issue I have w/ the martins is that a 2 fits my legs perfectly, but due to vanity sizing, a 0 fits my hips, so they always look a little short on me even though my legs are short. (I have to buy at the petite store, I don't know if this happens w/ regular sizes).  But they'll take the hem down for you.

honestly, I'd probably get a 0 if I were you. I am normally a 26 in jeans, 0-2 in most clothing brands, and the 0 is often too big for me in the waist and hips. I think you are smaller than me -- if so, try a 00. But the 00 didn't even fit me the last time I tried them on. Their vanity sizing is ridiculous.

I've found that I can wear a 2 (one size down) in their casual pants - jeans/cords/etc, but have to size two sizes down for dress pants.  And I've got a little too much booty- and thigh- liciousness goin' on these days to be calling myself a freakin' 0!
