How is everyone doing?


Saturday:


B:  Smoothie


S:  Yogurt and Almonds


L:  Sandwich


D:  my "cheat meal" for the week:  I had some hot and fresh Kripy Kreme doughnuts and a BBQ chicken sandwich with fries. 


E:  30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes abs, 1 hour fencing


Sunday:


B:  Oatmeal


L:  Pita Sandwich


S:  Junior Mints (at the movies)


D:  Sushi and then ice cream for dessert (low fat)


E:  45 minutes cardio

I hate you, Escrime. How did you stay so good?? (Okay, minus the one cheat meal! )


Saturday: too much mexican food & lots of drinks. no exercise unless you count stumbling around the bar. Nice, huh?


Sunday: mu-shu tofu (ordered for lunch and ate leftovers for dinner). Exercise: moving from the bed to the couch with splitting headache from above-mentioned drinks. Even better.

I try to plan my menus for the week, so I know what I will eat, and I working out, so getting to the gym is easy.


The hardest part is sticking to eating good foods!
