I'll start
B: ham sandwich- 4 pts
S: choc muffin - 2 pts
L: 1+ cup black bean & beef chili - 4 pts + 1/4 cup 2% cheese - 1 pt = 5 pts
(only had a little over a cup left so added on extra pt)
S: string cheese - 2 pts


40 oz water so far.

B: I tried to have a real breakfast today but it got ruined so... coffee


L: leftover chicken pulao that I made this weekend (5 points)


D: crab cake sandwich (6 points), cauliflower poppers (0), mini apple cobbler (1) w/ ice cream (2)


E: went for a walk at lunch.

Oops!


Changed my post to just weekend:


Monday:


B:  Cereal


S:  String Cheese


L:  Baked Potato with light ranch dressing and some chicken strips for protein and a cookie (I wanted a stiff drink, but I had to  make do with a butter cookie)


S:  Raspberries and Yogurt


D:  Chicken Noodle Soup (homemade)


E:  1 hour session with trainer.

B: 2 slices light wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped peanut butter (3 points)


L: 2 veggie corn dogs (6 points total); 1/4 cup potato salad (3 points)


S: 100 calorie pack (2 points)


D: boca burger with cheese (5 points); sweet potato fries (4 points)


E: none today. still having hard time breathing from cold. Will hit weights tomorrow though.

i'm going to try to get better at this...


b & l: bad i know Starbucks non-fat caramel macchiato and a banana nut muffin


d: applebee's oriental chicken salad wrap and mixed veggies with iced tea


e: 40 min ITrain treadmill workout and 10 mins of the ITrain Yoga workout to stretch out (thanks hotcocoa for posting about this!  i'm excited to try it out!)

B:  Shredded wheat and orange juice


S:  Black tea, 1 cookie


L:  Leftover pumpkin pasta with sausage and mushrooms (so freaking good--I'll post the recipe sometime soon) and 2 more cookies ()


S:  Yogurt, a few baby carrots and hummus


D:  Flounder with some sort of side salad, glass of wine because today has been loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong!<--Okay, so the flounder was bad or something was wrong with it cuz when DH cooked it, it ended up like a big pile of mush.  So we just ate potatoes and a salad instead.  No wine because I want to enjoy wine while I'm in a good mood, which unfortunately, I am not tonight.  Stupid work. 


E:  arm weights, situps, 15 minute walk during my lunch break
