So on the vacation section I am a little confused:


Earned 27.88


Taken 30.00


Bank 21.92


What is the difference between earned and bank?

well i would think that bank means your cumulative total of unused time...so basically what's left after what you've earned in that pay period and what you've taken.  does that make sense?  it could be leftover hours from last year or previous pay periods...depends on how your company handles it.

Well, I think I have it figured out since I asked at work yesterday.  Bank is the max amount of vacation I can use.  So I have to use that up before the nearly six hours worth extra that I earned can go into the bank.
