Ok I know it's a lil early for the weekend shopping thread but I had to... Shopping ban is finally over cos I saved up enough to buy my new baby.. ! I'm soo in love!!

This is the first non-giftcard, non-pre-approved purchase I've done since starting my shopping ban. 20 days, that's pretty good! Plus, I used my Gap Customer Rewards coupon, so it totaled to $18 after tax.



This is really cute, velvet with faux-lizard and beading detail.

I've been lurking zappos couture lately, and these popped up last night! I go into zappos, click on zappos couture, click womens, click sale, sort by price low to high - I do it periodically to see if there's any gems and there have been - I've bought casadei, givenchy, and now lacroix...

I think I got the last pair - I was able to get the pic by going though my order history.  BUT it's definitely worth checking periodically to see what comes up! obviously there's some nice deals!  PLUS a portion of purchases made by clicking through our ads goes toward the support of stylethead!

Went back to BR to return my holey sweater, and almost all the sweaters were gone.  They did have a grey t-neck, but alas I have a short neck .  They had some of their shoes on sale for $10 though, and boots for $30.


I got this instead:

Lux Lurex Pointelle Tie Front Sweater'cept mines longer and not a stretchy knit.  I think I might need some help working this one ....

laken1-i'm soo jealous...pretty in pink for $5!! that's def. one of my favorites!

ok...so i went into anthro today and must say, i was a little disappointed, it seemed as though all that was left was the crappy winter stuff that no one wanted and they are just now getting a little bit of spring stuff in, so there wasn't much to choose from, but i did find these culottes (as the website called them)
and i really scored at BR...i got the white tuxedo shirt, black wool dress, and a pair of khaki capris all for......$40!!!! (granted i got a 30% employee discout, but still it was a heck of a deal!) i was so excited! now i just need an occasion to wear the dress.
here are some pics of me playing w/my new clothes:)
this is the white tuxedo shirt from BR and the culottes from Anthro


this is the black dress, it's much better in person, the neckline is draped and there is a velvet tie around the waist. (please ignore the wierd thing i am doing w/my left arm)
