A couple of girls at the office just started taking them and say they are awesome.  This is the second time of the girls as taken them.  She says they are extremely effective.  There dosage is one a day b/4 breakfast and that is it.  I'm concerned about side effects and if they are addictive.  Honestly, I am not overweight, I eat well and I workout but I have a those last pounds that just will not come off.

Honestly, they do work, but for me they were addictive. This is a little personal but I have a bit of an addictive personality so it may not be that way for everyone. But seriously, my friend worked her way up to 3 a day, plus she smoked, and she had a stroke at 36. It scared me off of them for sure. Doctors are only supposed to prescribe them for 3 month max, but there are always doctors that will give them to you, no matter how skinny you are. I even had the nurse at the office tell me that I wasn't fat, just "hippy" so I'd keep coming back, which I did. Maybe just get 30 days & see how you do? I really don't think you'll get hooked in 30 days - especially if you aren't really a pill / speed person. Really that's what they are is speed, so that's kind of a trigger for me. But some people take them for a few days & can't stand that, so it's not an issue. Does that make sense?

I have to assume you've seen the info on how terrible they are for you (speed up your heart rate, increased blood pressure) all of which they did indeed do to me but for a while I didn't care. So I'm not lecturing you, just letting you know that the medical reports confirm that they are dangerous.

Thank you for being honest.  I have not ordered any yet and don't know if I will.  I wanted to get some advice first from someone who had taken them besides someone at my work.  Thanks again.  I think I may just add another day at the gym first and see how that works out.  :)
