I think it looks just fine!  Maybe just the tiniest bit big around from the side view, but that very well could be just the way it hangs because of the hood.  Has it been washed?

Nope, it hasn't been washed. Even when I do wash it though, it won't be going in the dryer. I rarely put shirts in...

I'm glad it doesn't look too small at all (which was my worry), since I like my shirts to be a little slouchier. I'll take opinions of it being too "big" at all over too small

I like it too.  It looks cute and slouchy and casual all at the same time.  By the way, you do a great job of finding pieces that really suit your style.  This is another example of you doing that well.
