This summer while walking through downtown Annapolis I saw a gal wearing the most beautiful, kelly green halter dress. So beautiful, in fact, that I practically chased the girl down the street to catch up with her and ask her where she bought it. (It was REALLY pretty.) She said a boutique in California and then hurried away from me scared, lol.

It had a fun, flowy skirt and just enough stretch. It was very plain, no embellishments, etc. I'd love to wear something like this to an event I have coming up soon. Any ideas where I might find one?

I'm not sure what jersey is, but the fabric fit perfectly at the top and was super flowy at the skirt.  It kind of looked like a mix between t-shirt material and something spandexy. I know that's not doing it justice, but something along those lines, comfy & breathable.

I found that one at SunWalters.com. They only had black and blue though, I am not sure if you will be able to find kelly green this season, but you could always search the web for rachel pally.
