8:30: Yogurt Smoothie, Coffee- Splenda & Nonfat milk


11:30: Honey Wheat Pretzels


1:15: I was bad. My boy got out of school at 12:30 today because of snow so we went and had lunch. 1/2 Grilled Chicken Sand w/ Swiss & Sauteed Onions. And French Fries :( Oh Well. I have the rest of the day to do better.


8:30 Salad & Left over Veggie Lo Mein
10:00 Cereal

Ugh. Today could not be going any worse. It seems lack of sleep makes my willpower not only weaker but nonexistent. Damn. I suck.


B: 2 slices w/w light bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)


S: peanut butter cookie (3 points)


L: chicken/rice/mushroom casserole thing (7 points); 1/2 cup broccoli coleslaw (2 points)


S: peanut butter cookie (3 points)


D: vegetables only! geez!!! I'm such a fatass today!


Exercise: 1 hour of bodypump tonight (+4 points)
