So I'm starting to invest my money into classic pieces that I can have for years and years, if not forever. First on my list are black Chanel sunglasses and LV Speedy 25/30. Well I guess I've been talking about it a lot lately, because my very sweet boyfriend took me to Nordstrom on Saturday to get me the sunglasses of my dreams! I thought that of all of the people I could tell, you girls would most appreciate my excitement

I have those shades and I love them! I feel like a movie star when I put them on.Even if everything else I have on looks like shit.

I agree with Carmen.. I could be wearing sweats or just something really ugly or sloppy and my Chanel sunglasses and my Gucci sunglasses instantly make me feel stylish and beautiful. Congrats on your great investment item!

Thanks for the compliments . You girls are right... I wore these out to run errands yesterday and I looked like crap but the moment I put my sunglasses on, I felt like a movie star. I love them so much (and my boyfriend, too)!

They cost him $347 after taxes... I could have sworn that I saw them (or a similar pair) for like $250 last year so maybe they went up, maybe we got a bad deal, or maybe I was crazy when I came up with that price .

Those are great, but I will never ever, unless I win the lottery, buy designer sunglasses. I am the Bermuda Triangle of sunglasses... I lose or break every pair I get. Although I would love to have some, I would break them.

i love those!!  they are on my wishlist too.  i worry i would lose them though.  i just left my knock-off chanel shades in costa rica.  perhaps this is the universe's way of telling me not to buy knock-offs.
