I just bought a new handbag from them. It took about 5 days to arrive, but that was in the middle of the holidays, so it would likely be faster now. With shipping and tariffs, the purse was still about $100 less than the retail price in the States (I think because of fluctuations in the pound/dollar conversion). Customer service was also awesome. Overall, I was thrilled with them.
