How Many Handbags?

well glancing over your list- it seems like you have clutches and evening bags covered, and need big day bags with color to accent your wardrobe. what shapes do you like? trendy or not trendy? designer or non? have you tried searching on ebay- red leather bag for example? i think sfclinevandy found some cute cheap-ish ones on ebay a month or two back.

me, i have only like 3 bags i use. they're all big. my small bags sit there all rejected =/ the only thing i would like that isnt another day bag is a pretty huge vintage clutch. go figure.

Yeah - I somehow have a bunch of clutch-type bags but not a lot of day bags, but everything I like is really pricey for me or I just can't find the right color/combo together.

I like non-trendy bags. I like leather or suede, fairly roomy bags, and definitely prefer ones with some compartments so I don't just have all my stuff jumbled up in the bottom. The pewter hobo I had was great except that it only had one inside pocket, and everything was just messy in that purse.

I've been searching on ebay and bought one bag (my new blac w/brown handles) but so far haven't committed to anything else.

I am a minimalist when it comes to bags. I feel like this is too many! The only thing I'd really like to add is a great red bag. I use #1 and #3 probably 90% of the time.

i'm not a real handbag person. i love them, but for my everyday life totes are more practical. i own one black clutch. and for the most part i like bags in different colors other than black, b/c i think the detailing shows more.

i have 3 day bags: one red, one camel, one cream

the rest of my bags are clutches and most of them are vintage. one is black, but it's beaded so it has a slight silver tone, i have a yellow clutch, two off white ones, one blue, and a brown one.

so in total i think that's nine.

My handbag obssession is relatively new so only a few of these are new and used often. Many are pretty old or never get used so I really should either throw/give/ebay away.

wow--this thread is making me want to go through and purge my handbags. i have a LOT, but very few of them ever get used. i have millions of clutches and small evening bags, mostly because i just enjoy buying them, but i don't really use them that often.

I have a ton but because I buy cheap ones. I get bored of bags very quickly & I can usually sell them on ebay for what I pay for them, or more, because I have a cheapy source that isn't everywhere. I like to have different colors so I have options, but I usually carry black, brown, or pink & straw in the summer. I have some i've never even carried
