I hate my bangs. Everytime I've cut my hair with bangs I've immediately regretted it. Since I've almost gotten them grown out, I am looking at styles without bangs that still look cute and current. Would a style like this with the long layers be too 5-years-ago? I am also open to other suggestions (nothing too short please)

I think that is a very cute style.  I don't think it looks dated either so I wouldn't worry about that.

i think long hair with long layers is something that will always be in style, with slight adjustments here and there to keep it fresh.

Oh gosh, I keep doign the bang thing too - once I even cut them myself. BIG mistake. I think that style is cute...
