I think that pleats have their place...they look cool on skinny girls if the pants are slouchy, but a big nay for anyone else. So if you have a slim build, I'd say go for them...otherwise I'd pass.

i think they would also only be good if you are pretty tall.  i think the pleats + wide leg would swallow up anyone under 5'8 or so.
