If anyone else here is addicted to the clean and clear oil blotting sheets like I am, I found a great cheaper alternative yesterday--the generic CVS version.  They are EXACTLY the same (it even says on the label "compare to clean and clear").  Just thought I'd share.

another suggestion was my hair dresser a few years ago (when these thingys first came out) said you can use those little sheets they use to use for spiral perms (you get them in bulk at sally's) and they are/do the same thing.

you might laugh, but in a pinch I have used rolling papers for blotting.
