I ordered a pair of Juicy velour drawstring pants during their "velour" sale on Dec. 22nd.  Upon receiving them, I took them to be altered since I'm a shortie! 


I wore them for the first time last Friday.  When I took them off, I noticed that there were little holes all along the seam in the back.  I checked Shopbop.com's return policy and they said if it was "worn, altered or the tags were removed" they wouldn't take it back or exchange it.  I thought it would be a shot to email them anyway and just ask them what I should do.


Miranda, the amazing CS, emailed me back and told me I could return them for a full refund, get another pair of drawstring pants (they didn't have my original color in my size anymore) or even exchange them for the same color in the snap-pocket pants (which are $35 more!).  I ended up even exchanging them for the snap-pockets b/c i really liked the color.


They also sent me a pre-paid UPS label to ship them back!


FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!  YAY for Shopbop.com!!!!

I agree. I have had nothing but fabulous service with shopbop. It's nice to know that great customer service still exists!

I love Shopbop and have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with them, they are super on the phone and always super helpful and so nice.
