So my fav pair of black winter boots... They have a kitten heel, and i just noticed today that the rubber on the bottom of both heels has somehow come off or soemthing, and now the head of the nail is exposed on both heels, causing me no traction and a weird clacking sound when walking on hard floors!
Does anyone know what to do? They aren't old at all and in excellent condition and are a great comfy pair of boots so would hate to have to toss them... I sort of need a quick easy solution, as im limited on time with school committments.

if you want a solution as to today, i don't know, but any shoe repair place should be able to fix that very easily and probably quickly and cheaply! it's a common prob
I don't really know an easy solution, unfortunately. It sounds like you need to get these to a cobbler. I know from bad personal experience that the longer you let a problem go without getting it fixed properly, the worse the problem gets- problems that once were fixable will become unfixable. There might be things you could do now to make it better short-term, but long-term your boots may end up in worse shape. Usually cobblers can work pretty fast though (like a day or two). Sorry I don't have any better advice...
